FINE TART with PEAS and the different ways of cooking vegetables

THIN PEAS TART

The thin pie? A pie without edge which serves as a base to present the vegetables pleasantly! Hot dough is ideal for this recipe! It is always clever to prepare hot dough bases without edges for improvised thin pies.

Per person :

1 portion of hot, blind-baked pasta

1 or more ladle slivered snow peas

Salt and pepper

½ tsp fat

Optional 2 p of turmeric + 1 p for decoration.

For the sauce, 1 tbsp of yogurt

Salt and pepper

2 p of turmeric.

In a bowl, combine yogurt, salt and pepper and turmeric, mix and set aside. In a saucepan, place the peas add 1 tbsp of water + fat + salt and pepper, cover and cook for 10 minutes over high heat, checking that it does not catch! Add the turmeric and mix. Place the cooked peas on the dough. In the middle place the yoghurt preparation and serve hot or cold.
