(Toronto) A new and final album by the late Gordon Lightfoot will be released July 14th.
The Scrapbook At Royal Albert Hall is an unreleased recording of his performance in London in 2016.
A representative for Lightfoot said the musician was desperate for the album to be released as soon as possible, in the weeks leading up to his death on May 1.er may.
The artist had requested that no changes be made to the recording.
In addition to his best-known hits, the double album includes songs that have never appeared on previous show albums, including Beautiful And Don Quixote.
Gordon Lightfoot was a prolific artist and performed his last show in Winnipeg last October.
