Your missions:
– Park maintenance using manual or motorized tools
– Phytosanitary treatments
– Ensure the proper maintenance of equipment (mowers, machines, etc.)
– Repair and DIY (watering, equipment, fences, painting)
– Creation of massifs
– Maintenance of the vegetable garden
– Define supply needs, purchasing management, supplier invoices
– Interface with external service providers (craftsmen, etc.)
– Follow-up of quote requests
– Regular reporting to management
Your skills and qualities:
– 3 years of work experience in a similar environment
– Very good technical skills (maintenance, care of plants and lawns; mowing; pruning)
– Analysis of the problems and force of proposal
– Experience of gardening, green spaces and plants (species, time of flowering,) their development and maintenance
– Know how to implement planting and sodding methods
– Excellent time management
– Good communication skills
– Strong organizational skills
– Team spirit
– Serious person, involved in his work and with a sense of responsibility and service
– Flexibility to work on weekends
– Driver’s license required
– Trusted person
– Autonomous work
– Speaking English is a plus
This is’a fixed-term contract of 6 months, 40 hours per week with the possibility of work on Saturday and Sunday from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Monthly salary of € 2,200 gross over 12 months.
