When asked if she is in a relationship, Miss France 2024, Eve Gilles, prefers not to answer. Interviewed by our colleagues at Gala, she assures, this December 21, 2023: “I want to keep a part of the mystery and that’s part of it, I don’t want to reveal it…”. However, it is very transparent about the rest and in particular its qualities, and above all… its faults!
“It makes me bitter”
The lovely 20-year-old young woman, who was crowned on December 16, 2023 in Dijon, explains about her strengths: “I am determined, a go-getter, a warrior. I put things into perspective a lot and am very positive”. And to add, concerning those who know a lot of his character: “My parents raised me with the idea that if you did something, you did it well and to the end. At Miss France, I only aimed for the crown!”
On the downside, Eve Gilles hides nothing, again. The short-haired beauty queen readily admits: “Very often, I have trouble getting up in the morning, it makes me ‘sour’, even if I have made an effort since the Misses”. And we want to believe that it’s difficult, especially at the moment when she continues her marathon in the media.
“I’m pretty messy.”
She, who managed to sleep only a few hours in the car that took her from Dijon to Paris, after her victory, moved to Paris in the 17th arrondissement. She is staying in the Misses’ apartment, which was occupied by Indira Ampiot, Miss France 2023, until last week. A move that will not go smoothly, since Eve Gilles also assumes, laughing: “I’m quite messy but it’s a mess… organized! There’s something in every corner but I know what’s in each corner”. The French will learn to live with it!
