A difficult moult. Six in ten French people believe that Eric Zemmour is “misogynist” Where “sexist towards women”, according to an Ipsos-Sopra-Steria poll for France 2 and France Télévisions, published Thursday, December 9. Almost as many (59%) assure that the candidate “worry”, and 46% that it is “demagogic” (against 35% no). On the other hand, 48% of those polled believe that Eric Zemmour “really wants to change things.”

The far-right candidate also suffers from a credibility deficit. Only 38% of those questioned think that Eric Zemmour’s proposals are “credible” about immigration, and 37% think so about insecurity. Only a quarter of the French have the same opinion concerning its economic program and its proposals on purchasing power. Finally, 21% of French people believe that their ideas on the environment are “credible”.

Poll conducted on the internet between December 6 and 8 using the quota method among 1,500 people registered on the electoral roll, representative of the French population aged 18 and over.
