Lionel Ducamp, the Moulié Farm and the Estanquet deu Guit in Brassempouy treats us to his duck burgers

In the Landes, farm inns where you can taste good duck fat are very popular. In Brassempouy in the heart of Chalosse, the Estanquet deu Guit de la Ferme Moulié is no exception. It is a real landmark for gourmets and lovers of good Landes cuisine. At the Estanquet we cook duck in all its forms and we prepare delicious burgers; burger with duck breast, duck hearts, foie gras and duck breast, stuffed necks or foie gras and duck leg or foie gras and breaded duck aiguillettes.

The hostel is open Thursday evenings, Friday evenings, Saturday evenings and Sunday lunchtimes until summer. From the month of July and until the end of August open every lunchtime and from Wednesday to Saturday evening! Reservation on 06 82 38 61 54.

The farm can also be visited by appointment, especially since the return of the ducks after the last episode of avian flu. On site, you can therefore kill three birds with one stone: visit of the premises, meal at the Estanquet and some shopping at the farm’s producer shop.
Of course, if you have some time left, consider taking a trip to the Musée de la Dame de Brassempouy to dive into the world of prehistory!
