The idea comes from the departmental system “Eat organic and local”, aiming to supply more than 150 local establishments, providing collective catering: colleges, nurseries, nursing homes, homes, municipalities and of course private catering.
Loïc Richard from the Ekoto estate (Lasseube) is enthusiastic about the idea of going to other markets and reaching out to restaurants, communities and also delicatessens. Mangerbearnais.fr is also bringing together the farmers of Béarn and offering everyone a short circuit food!
