“Vox III” is the second album of the Temps Calme trio, a kind of collection of pieces with rather progressive writingwhile keeping a pop and effective format.
For the composition, each of the members brought already well-written compositions which they then rearranged into a group with the objective of be able to play songs live without having to add support bands.
Calm Time offers titles blending guitar reverbs with the warmth of analog synths, driven by a battery supporting a melodic and catchy song, developing psychedelic, melancholic or retro futuristic atmospheres. The group also plays a lot with voice treatments, whether harmonizers, vocoder, autotune, granular… like a guitarist and his pedals! There are 2 lead singerswhich also makes it possible to alternate the timbres of the voice.
