Bénédicte Lebec, oenologist and nomadic brewer

It is thanks to her nose and her palate that Bénédicte Le Bec recently obtained the rank of Officer of the National Order of Merit. She is a cellar oenologist and offers a range of wines from all over France. About a year ago, Bénédicte decided to expand the range of its products by embarking on the production of beers. She describes herself as a gipsy brewer: “I am a nomadic brewer, that is to say that I create my own beer recipes” all in collaboration with the Mascaret brewery in Bordeaux, and a large part of organic products.

All the knowledge of Bénédicte at home

Passionate about her activity, Bénédicte likes to share, transmit, make people discover. Convinced that a palate needs to be educated, and that the brain retains the memory of tastes and smells, Béné offers tastings at home. She takes care to note with which tapas or which accompaniments the customers will taste her wines, to match the flavors as well as possible and to discover new ways of approaching the tasting. What’s new this summer? Raspberry-hibiscus lemonade!
