The agency expects a “intense rain-storm episode”. Bas-Rhin and Moselle are placed on orange alert for risk of “rain-flooding” by Météo-France, Thursday May 16. The stormy episode is forecast from 10 p.m. Thursday, and should end at 10 a.m. Friday.
