Head to the Crozon peninsula, in Finistère, a small piece of land among the most beautiful landscapes in Brittany. Ideal for hiking enthusiasts, and a land of inspiration for photographers.

On the Crozon peninsula (Finistère) at this season, not a soul is on the horizon. Trampled by tens of thousands of hikers in summer, the land is currently welcoming the first steps of little walkers: the lambs of Émilie and Vincent. Their herd is one of the must-see photos of hikers.

A landscape that has become wild again

Those who walk the trails despite the cold have the chance to enjoy a landscape that has become wild again. “We are immediately in the middle of nature, at the end of the world“, confides a local resident. The GR34, or Customs Trail, runs along the Crozon peninsula for 135 km between moors and steep rocks on the borders of Finistère, facing the Iroise Sea. The trail also passes the port of Camaret. On the bank, Serge, photographer, artist and ornithologist tracks the wildlife which also prefers winter. Among them, the gannet and the seal.
