“Make teens move” is the slogan of a new spot from the French Public Health Agency to encourage the youngest to practice physical activity.

But why is it important? To talk about it, franceinfo junior hands his microphone to schoolchildren in Alfortville, near Paris. To answer their questions or comments: Ianis Mellerin, doctor at the French Federation of Physical Education and Voluntary Gymnastics (FFEPGV)

It was Gabriel who broached the subject first at the microphone of franceinfo junior : “I do a lot of sport and I like sport”, before mentioning swimming, football, tennis or even handball. “I feel good, I spend my energy when I need to spend my energy and it helps me a lot to play sports”, explains the young athlete at the microphone.

For his part, Hédi wonders “Why when we do sports, sometimes we don’t feel any sensations and sometimes we feel strong ones” evoking, for example, fatigue and body aches. Mayssem and Alma wonder why we become “all red” when we exercised. Amine, finally, wants to know what is “the best sport” for health.
