The agreement suspends the civil procedure

The Buitoni affair broke out in March 2022. Two children died, and dozens of others were hospitalized. More than a year after the start of the case, Nestlé is still not indicted. The agreement suspends civil proceedings, for which the families were asking for 250 million euros in compensation. The criminal procedure is continuing.
