The scaffolding that envelops the Elizabeth Tower – often misnamed Big Ben – in Westminster, central London, is finally starting to be removed to reveal the cleaned and fully restored clock faces of the iconic tower.
Renovation work on this world famous monument began in 2017 and is expected to be completed in spring 2022.
