Virginie Cazaurang from Panier Frais in Mimbaste had the idea – with her family – of combining her passion for the land and good things with the practical aspect of home delivery. We don’t necessarily have time to go to the producer to do the shopping and yet, we would love to eat local and extra fresh… Au Panier Frais is a good deal!
Everything is ok in the turnip
You’ve been shunning turnips since childhood… and wrongly so! A vegetable with a sad reputation, it is nevertheless quite a treat in many forms, and it’s even better when Virginie makes the recipe! Low in calories, rich in fibre, it has everything going for it and on top of that, you can make a super nice aperitif with its tops.
