Tribute: the village of Saint-Céré organizes a white march for Justine Vayrac

“Solar”,benevolent”: the words are the same to describe Justine Vayraca young mother killed two weeks ago. After his funeral on Friday November 4, a white march brought together his friends and colleagues on Sunday November 6 in Saint-Céré (Batch).

Relatives, friends of Justine Vayracall are there, white rose in hand and dressed in a white t-shirt. Slowly, they cross the streets of the village of Saint-Céré (Batch)Sunday, November 6, behind a banner with a portrait of the young mother killed in the night of october 20 last. A farm worker from a neighboring town is today indicted for the rape and murder of Justine Vayrac. “We are the same age, we went out in the same place, it could have been us”says a young woman.

At the end of the march, the portrait of Justine Vayrac was placed at the foot of a tree in a square in Saint-Céré. Moved, everyone came to place a rose, a candle. A moment of contemplation for an entire village united in grief. The white march was organized by Justine’s friends Vayrac and authorized by his parents who did not wish to go there. Nearly 600 people were gathered to pay tribute to the young woman of 20 years.
