In Ukraine, on the 31st day of war, a glimmer of hope arises for the inhabitants of the port city of Mariupol, a city besieged by the Russians. A humanitarian evacuation operation could take place in the coming days, and it would be organized by France, Turkey and Greece.

To the Ukrainian city of Zaporizhia, where 2,800 people left on Friday, or to Russia in Rostov, which the majority of civilians do not want.
