While waiting for the large homarus americanus caught in the waters of Gaspésie and the Magdalen Islands, which usually reach us around Mother’s Day, it’s Gaspé snow crab that we can order to take away. or on delivery.

The extremely simple menu is reminiscent of that of seaside fishermen’s shacks, those in Maine in particular.

You can eat your sections of the great spider crab either cold (with tartar and/or cocktail sauces), hot (with spices and melted butter) or opt for a fried fish sandwich. Caesar salad, coleslaw, honey tartlet and chocolate chip cookie complete the offer.

As in previous years, you can access the counter located at the back of the Beau Temps restaurant via the alley.
