Until April 13, the Outaouais Film Festival is celebrating its 25the anniversary under the honorary presidency of the great Rémy Girard.
It is Léa Pool who will have the honor of opening the 25e edition of the Outaouais Film Festival, this Thursday, while will be screened Hotel Silence in the presence of the film crew. The film will be preceded by the short film by Sophie Boyer Sleep next to mefeaturing Rémy Girard, who will host a brunch talk on April 7 before the screening of Willby Denys Arcand.
Pick up, by Marco Bellocchio, which tells the fate of a Jewish child forcibly converted to Catholicism and taken into the care of Pope Pius IX (Paulo Pierobon), will be presented at the closing evening on April 13. In total, more than 40 Quebec films will be presented during the festivities, including Yours Jedifirst feature film by Gatineau resident Sara Ben-Saud.
