523,000 candidates will attempt to obtain the baccalaureate in 2022. To revise, some have abandoned the traditional cards, and are now turning to digital solutions. A godsend, for their creators.

In a park, at the library or at home, everyone has their own way to revise. Today, some students share their revisions on social networks. On Instagram, Mathilde Fouqué, 17, has already posted a hundred files. Always at the top of the class and accustomed to helping her classmates, she now shares her knowledge with as many people as possible. “It became a lot more democratized with the various confinements, because the students needed sources of motivation where they were, on social networks“, she explains.

52,000 people now follow her on the social network. Brands have spotted it, and use its notoriety to promote their supplies, sometimes for a fee. With 13 million students, from CP to Terminale, revisions have become an economic market. The Schooltopia start-up offers courses in the form of digital comics, and a fun online school. To access it, you have to pay 149 euros per year and per child. “Always cheaper than 10 hours of private lessons”, notes Leïla Ancelin, the founder. In 2022, nearly 523,000 candidates will attempt to obtain the baccalaureate.
