The train of the Rugby World Cup 2023 arrived at Orleans station for two days. During the All Saints holidays, the clubs which organize courses with their young graduates decided to take advantage of the opportunity. This is the case of the RCB, the racing club Blois came to the Johannine city, this Tuesday, with around forty young people aged 8 to 14.
“It was impossible to miss the event” explains one of the guides Alexis Adriaansse the 3/4 center of the RCB. Under a radiant sun at the end of the morning, he looks children play on the synthetic field specially installed on Place du Martroi, by the Rugby Center League. Young people who, at picnic time, can’t wait to join the World Cup train… to see the Cup, precisely!
Marwann 13 years old, recognizes it, it is cool to be there. “We are going to see the real Cup, the one that will ‘use’ next year, it’s an opportunity that not everyone will have and so we have to take advantage of this day”. Next to it, 11-year-old Louis, adds “I hope that in a year, France will win because we really have a great team and it will be a great atmosphere if we win!”

Never before has France, which has already been a finalist, won the supreme title. the Rugby World Cup will take place from September 8 to October 28, 2023.
The World Cup train is parked in Orleans stationthis Wednesday, on lane G, from 10:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. The public on board can marvel at the famous Webb Ellis Trophy. This cup which will be lifted by the winner next October. There is also an exhibition on the jerseys of the participating teams and a scrum simulator. The visit of the Mondial train is free.
