We already know the duet with the singer of Boulevard des Airs “Here or there”. Tibz and Sylvain Duthu had already worked together to compose the anthem of Motherfuckers 2020 “Next to you”. In the new album there will also be a duet with Joyce Jonathan and another with Jeremy Frérot Tibz told us.
Tibz answered our phone call (he is in his family at the moment in Le Bugue!). Every afternoon of the week at 5:22 pm it’s “22 v’la le 24” on France Bleu Périgord. We are trying to reach artists that we love in Dordogne, who have marked 2021, who will come to Dordogne in 2022 …
Entitled “All we leave”, Tibz’s new album will be released on January 14th. A new song from the next album has been released on the internet, “Change”, a ballad filled with melancholy and hope, quite possibly Tibz’s most personal title.
The heart between two chairs
In “Bye Bye”, Tibz sings about his departure for Paris … and feels he has “his heart between two chairs” now.
If I wanted to make music, I had to go to Paris. It’s a chance to be there. I love Paris, but being far from home can be complicated. I lose a little simplicity. But I come back very often.
