Ty Segall
Garage rock musician Ty Segall is one of the most prolific artists and the release of his 15e album in fifteen years is proof of that. Mainly under his own label, he has released several works exploring his sounds from psychedelic folk to progressive jazz to post-punk. This most recent double album, Three Bells, brings together a multitude of genres, including all of these, for a 65-minute listen. The proposal was very well received by critics and the public, who particularly praised it for its unpredictable side.

Sylvie Paquette
With a repertoire built over three decades, singer-songwriter Sylvie Paquette presents these days the album So far, on which she reinterprets some of her hits. “I believe that we can always draw from a song that we have written a part of meaning that had previously escaped us,” announces the singer to justify her approach. As an introspective look at the path traveled, while being a way of presenting in a new light the pieces that are close to his heart, the album (produced by Philippe Brault) was an opportunity for Paquette to invite others artists to rearrange his pieces and accompany him on choruses. Rosie Valland, Ingrid St-Pierre, Salomé Leclerc, Elliot Maginot and a few others are included on the album.

KCIDY
The third album from French singer KCIDY brings together baroque pop and a flavor sixtieswhich she skillfully manipulates, and on which she places texts that speak of life, love (in all its forms) and motherhood. Something good is festive, pop, but also full of jazzy or soulful moments. The singer-songwriter from Lyon puts forward a unique and catchy style.

Torres
A decade has passed since American artist Torres (real name Mackenzie Scott) released her debut album, a disc bearing her name, recorded in five days, which received rave reviews. The musician, a very talented guitarist, is now taking her rock elsewhere, declaring with What an enormous room that it still has its place and that it is there to make noise, but also, on occasion, to make people dance.
