The fifth annual Th3rdwave Awards were presented a few weeks ago to cafes and roasters across the country.
The application that first became known in Montreal is now interested in the “coffee scene” in the rest of the province and other major Canadian cities.
In and around the Quebec metropolis, some of the winners are Méchants Pinsons, Le Club espresso bar, Café In Gamba, La Finca (two prizes), Pikolo espresso bar, Structure Coffee Roasters, Café Bloom, Lili & Oli Verdun, Le M café, Le Brûloir, KOHI Microtorréfacteur (Prévost), Café Pistache (Saint-Lambert), Café des Habits, Café Pista Masson, JUNGLE roaster, Traffic, ZAB café. Quebec, Sherbrooke and a few other regions also have their winners. In Estrie, the company Géogène wins practically everything.
