– 6 poultry supremes,
– 1 spoon of candied lemon cream,
– ginger,
– 1 zucchini,
– 1 package of 200 g of noodles,
– 2 spring onions,
– 1 bunch of coriander,
– salt and pepper,
– liquid cream,
– Olive oil.
Preperation
Wash and cut the zucchini into brunoise. Saute it in a pan with olive oil then add the spring onion and the ginger-candied lemon cream. Lightly cream.
Meanwhile, degrease the chicken supremes and brown them in the pan.
