Poultry fillet, Chinese noodles, candied lemon and ginger sauce

To cook like a chef, here is the list of ingredients for 6 people and the recipe to follow step by step!

– 6 poultry supremes,

– 1 spoon of candied lemon cream,

– ginger,

– 1 zucchini,

– 1 package of 200 g of noodles,

– 2 spring onions,

– 1 bunch of coriander,

– salt and pepper,

– liquid cream,

– Olive oil.

Preperation

Wash and cut the zucchini into brunoise. Saute it in a pan with olive oil then add the spring onion and the ginger-candied lemon cream. Lightly cream.

Meanwhile, degrease the chicken supremes and brown them in the pan.

Cook the supremes for 2 minutes on each side and finish in the oven for 15 minutes at 200°C.

Cook the noodles in plenty of water. Drain then add the zucchini.

Dressage

Place the noodles on the plate using a large fork, then the cutlet supremes. Finally, drizzle with sauce.
