These M / F customer relations officers will report to the person in charge of the hotline of the recruiting company.
Your missions will be advise, troubleshoot and assist customers in the day-to-day use of the company’s IT products and services.
The mission consists of:
– Deal with customer requests by phone, email or chat, providing personalized and quality responses.
– Facilitate the handling and day-to-day use of the equipment and associated services.
– Monitor and coordinate the various actions required to process each file.
– Update customer information in the CRM during each contact or intervention.
– Carry out ad hoc surveys of outgoing calls to customers for targeted campaigns.
– Identify and report anomalies.
– Respect the call frame.
An action of pre-recruitment training lasting one month will be carried out upstream of the contract.
