Plantain herbal tea

Temperatures are falling and colds are on the rise. But to remedy this, plantain tea is your best ally.

Renowned for healing the respiratory tract and inflammation, plantain is also known to reduce stress, anxiety and sleep time.

INGREDIENTS :

  • 100g fresh plantain leaves
  • 50g thyme flowering tops
  • 1l simmering water
  • 1 teaspoon thyme honey

PREPARATION :

  • Put 100g of fresh plantain leaves and 50g of thyme flowering tops in a liter of simmering water.
  • Leave to infuse for 15 minutes.
  • In a thermos, put a teaspoon of thyme honey then pour the infusion.

Drink during the day and for 5 to 6 days.
