A new drama on the roads of Seine-Maritime. A 22-year-old man died in an accident in the Orival sector, near Rouen, Saturday August 20th. Three other young people were injured and are in relative emergency, indicates the Departmental Fire and Rescue Service of Seine-Maritime. They are 18 years old for one and 22 years old for the other two.
A car in the ditch
Emergency services were called around 6:30 a.m. Upon their arrival on site, the car the victims were in was in a ditch of the D132. One of the young people was incarcerated.
The intervention mobilized 13 firefighters, with five emergency vehicles.
