For Maître Florence Bourg, her client “has a sense of utter injustice and rightly so because this report and investigation came about in an outrageous way”. The IGESR document points to a “inappropriate behavior towards women” in particular through “SMS ambiguous for some and clearly sexual in nature for others”. “I am sorry to tell you that there are no text messages of a clearly sexual nature in the report”said the lawyer.
Member of the Executive Committee of the Federation, Eric Borghini answered on the antennas of the radio of the M6 group: “The status quo is not an option.. The president is up against the wall, he will have to take his responsibilities because no one can force him to resign. If it is maintained, I resign and I think that I will be followed by a good number of my colleagues”.
Noël Le Graët must decide between remaining in his post or resigning at the next exceptional meeting of the Comex, the date of which is not yet known.
