Nathalie Marquay full of “bolt”, this ultimatum issued to Jean-Pierre Pernaut, from their first meeting!

Less than a year since Jean-Pierre Pernaut left us. It is often said that we never grieve and that we must learn to live with it. As far as Nathalie Marquay is concerned, this has never been so true. Indeed, since March 2, 2022, the date of the disappearance of the journalist, the ex-Miss France is struggling to live without her husband who represented everything in her life. But if Lou and Tom’s mother was devastated by the disappearance of the former 1 p.m. news presenter TF1, she realizes that she is not the only one to regret it. Indeed, it is a whole country which has lost an emblematic figure of the French media landscape. A figure that accompanied the lunches of the French for more than 30 years.

Almost a year after his disappearance, what about Nathalie Marquay? Has the ex-beauty queen stopped seeing signs from her every time she goes out? Is mourning less difficult to cope with? Or does she still have to deal with profaners attacking her ex-husband’s grave? Lou and Tom’s mother answered many questions this Thursday, February 2 when she came to Mes Rencontres (Youtube series by Dominique Lagrou-Sempère, ex-collaborator of Jean-Pierre Pernaut: editor’s note)… But this subject has no not been mentioned.

Nathalie Marquay is fearless, and Jean-Pierre Pernaut appreciated it

Or rather, Nathalie Marquay wanted to come back to a milestone in her relationship with the former 1 p.m. news presenter: their first meeting. While some are unaware of how the ex-lovebirds fell in love with each other, the 55-year-old woman opened up on the subject. And proving at the same time, that she has always had a huge “bolt”!

Indeed, from her first meeting with her ex-husband, she gave him an ultimatum. “On our first date, I went to the nerve”she admitted before giving some details: “I said to him, ‘You’re the man of my life. I want to have children with you. If you don’t agree, I’m leaving. I’m not sitting with you in the restaurant, this ‘It’s not worth continuing.'” What scare Jean-Pierre Pernaut? Nay. The journalist then replied: “‘We’re going to talk.'” The discussion seems to have borne fruit because three months later, Nathalie Marquay became pregnant. “We got engaged two months later. It’s my destiny.” She finally remembered happy this moment.
