In full conversion to organic farming, the Morgane goat farm is located in Haute Soule, near Tardets.
She raises goats there and transforms their raw milk into lactic: droppings, palaces or logs. They can be plain or aromatic (ashes, Espelette pepper, pepper or seeds).
There are also tomes and yoghurts (plain or with jam).
Morgane milks her goats twice a day by hand. The rest of the time, they graze on the 27 hectares.
very concerned about the well-being of her 4-legged companions, Morgane respects the natural cycle of goats, cheese making takes place from the beginning of March to the beginning of November.
Morgane will be present – with her cheeses – at the Farmers’ Market in Navarrenx on Friday, July 29, 2022 of 6 p.m. to 11 p.m.market place.
