A violent fire occurred on the night of Friday March 29 to Saturday March 30 in a henhouse located in the town of Autichamp (Drôme), reports France Bleu Drôme Ardèche.
The flames completely ravaged the 800 m² building. The 4,400 chicks inside could not be saved by the firefighters who took almost five hours to put out the fire. A second building was more lightly affected by the fire.
