May flower cocktail recipe

The recipe is offered by the distillery Les Spiritueux Ungava.

INGREDIENTS

45 ml (1 ½ oz) La Mentherie crème de menthe

22 ml (¾ oz) lime juice

15 ml (½ oz) egg white

Edible flower or lime wedge

PREPERATION

Put all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker.

Fill with ice cubes, then shake vigorously.

Pour, through a strainer and a sieve, the contents of the cocktail shaker into a coupette.

Garnish with an edible flower or lime wedge
