The plume of smoke is important above Artigues-Près-Bordeaux this Tuesday afternoon. A large-scale fire broke out in a 7000m² building in a business park located on avenue Gay Lussac around 3 p.m. 50 firefighters are hired to evacuate the employees and try to control the fire. Explosions would have been heard but the firefighters want to be reassuring and indicate that there is no dangerous product in the area.
There are currently no casualties. The affected area has several activities, including a battery store.
