Ingredients for 8 people:
200 g dark chocolate
150 g of butter + 1 nut for the mold
150 g cane sugar
3 eggs
40 g flour
120 g of peanut butter (“crunchy” if possible)
Step 1 :
Melt the chocolate in a double boiler with the butter.
2nd step :
Mix the eggs with the sugar. Stir in the cooled melted chocolate. Add the flour, mix well.
Step 3:
Pour into a buttered cake pan. Arrange spoonfuls of peanut butter over the entire surface of the preparation. Marble by passing the tip of a knife over the surface of the brownie.
