Laurent Mariotte’s gourmet recipe for success

Chocolate is and will remain the key ingredient in pastries and desserts for the French. Tasty and intense, cocoa always offers a little moment of pleasure and comfort. For a snack, for dessert or for a pleasure in front of the TV in the evening, Laurent Mariotte has the solution with his chocolate brownie recipe mixed with the most famous of Americans, peanut butter.

Ultra-simple, here’s how.

Predictable :

Preparation: 20 min
Cooking: 30 min

Ingredients for 8 people:

200 g dark chocolate
150 g of butter + 1 nut for the mold
150 g cane sugar
3 eggs
40 g flour
120 g of peanut butter (“crunchy” if possible)

Step 1 :

Melt the chocolate in a double boiler with the butter.

2nd step :

Mix the eggs with the sugar. Stir in the cooled melted chocolate. Add the flour, mix well.

Step 3:

Pour into a buttered cake pan. Arrange spoonfuls of peanut butter over the entire surface of the preparation. Marble by passing the tip of a knife over the surface of the brownie.

Step 4:

Bake for 30 minutes at 170 ° C. Let cool, cut portions and enjoy!

To do and redo as soon as possible!
