Laurence Boccolini has decided to end the year 2021 with revelations and a great first. First, she made it known in an interview with TV 7 Days, that she was divorced from Mickaël Fakaïlo, father of her daughter Willow (8 years old). On the cover of the magazine, she had also chosen to pose for the first time with her child (obviously, we don’t really see her). Keen to say more about her private life, she also revealed why she didn’t want Willow to bear her name.
“Her name is not Boccolini, and for me that is very important. Her story doesn’t belong to me, I don’t want her to blame me, one day, for having exposed it too much. When I explain to her that some might annoy her because she is my daughter, she does not always understand. When she was little, she was afraid of people who came to see me, hugged me or kissed me. If Willow was confused by seeing her mother’s notoriety on the streets, she doesn’t care that her classmates can see her mom on TV. As Laurence Boccolini confides, the only time her daughter was proud of her on TV was when she won Mask Singer in 2019 (she played the Unicorn).
