Juno Awards Nights | Charlotte Cardin wins album of the year award

Quebec singer Charlotte Cardin won the album of the year award for 99 NightsSunday evening, during the Juno awards evening.




This is the second trophy of the weekend for the singer, who was the most nominated artist this year, with six citations. Saturday, during the first Juno gala, Charlotte Cardin had already won the trophy for best pop album.

Celine Dion also won this prize in the past, recalled one of the evening’s hosts, when presenting the prize which went to Charlotte Cardin. Quebecer Alexandra Stréliski, Daniel Ceasar, Lauren Spencer Smith and Talk were also in the running for this honor.
