  • 500 ml fresh cream
  • 1 onion
  • 1 puff pastry
  • salt and pepper

Peel the potatoes and slice into thin strips. Then, slice an onion, mix with the potatoes, salt, pepper.

Arrange the puff pastry in a pie pan. Then fill it with potatoes and onions. Make a central chimney and pour the cream. Place in the oven (thermostat 6/7) for about 1 hour.
