In Mindin, in Loire-Atlantique, 600 residents and 500 employees will perhaps be the first climate displaced people in Loire-Atlantique. Disabled people and elderly people live on the site. A fragile and vulnerable public who can hardly be evacuated urgently in the event of danger. Last November, after storms Céline and Ciaran, a building very close to the coast was flooded.
