“I happened to crack”, Sophie Davant confesses about her flagship program “Affaire concluded”!

With her good humor and her smile, Sophie Davant is one of the favorite animators of the French. Because with it, viewers always have a good time! As with each of the broadcasts of “Affaire concluded”, its auction sale broadcast in the afternoon on France 2. Very popular, the program is based on a simple observation: everyone has something to sell! And, often, sellers are surprised by the price of their trinkets, paintings or furniture! Small things very often coming from a family inheritance and generally relegated to the attic. And Sophie Davant has been able, since 2017, to bring the spirit of China and the flea market up to date to thousands of viewers!

“I learned a lot, such as spotting the exceptional”

Until taking herself to the game as she explains to our colleagues from “Télé Star” in an interview to be published on January 2: “I happened to crack once for a lamp, for small paintings too. Generally, I buy them back from buyers who do not make any added value on this occasion. I become attached to the people as well as to the objects that surround me. Since I have been on this show, I have learned a lot, like for example to spot the exceptional”, she specifies. At 59, the ex of Pierre Sled who found love again in the arms of William Leymergie has refined his sense of detail. Even if, overbooked – she notably runs her own magazine-, the host is planning a few more improvements to this concept which is a hit. To “Télé Star”, she confided in particular in June 2022: “I find that the same information is perhaps repeated too often, that there are some redundant things, too much music… But you don’t need too many changes either. t more small details to evolve over time, so as not to tire the public”. A great professionalism which is also and above all part of its own trademark which earned it all the votes of the public! A nice deal done.
