According to Le Parisien, the complainant’s lawyer sent the prosecutor a note in which she presents her version of the facts. The children of the actor filed two complaints against him, at the beginning of July, for moral harassment and violence.
Hiromi Rollin counterattacks. The one who is presented as the companion of Alain Delon, wrote to the prosecutor of Montargis to contest the accusations made by the children of the actor and to present his version of the facts. In a 39-page document, revealed on Tuesday by Le Parisien and consulted by AFP, she refutes the term “paid companion” under which she is designated by Anthony, Anouchka and Alain-Fabien Delon. She claims to have met the actor in 1989, during the filming of a film where she was “assistant director”, and that they “quickly formed an intimate relationship”.
In her letter, the plaintiff claims to have shared the life of Alain Delon since the beginning of the 2000s, and not to have been “paid to keep company” to the actor. “As of 2006, Ms. Rollin moved into the Douchy home. They then lived together and shared a life as a couple until she was evicted from this home on July 5, 2023., explains the letter signed by Hiromi Rollin’s lawyer, Maître Yassine Bouzrou. Ms. Rollin also notes that the actor “does not seem to have filed a complaint” against him.
A matter of inheritance
“However, underlines the document, it does not appear that Mr. Delon is placed to date under any measure of judicial protection, which could justify his children filing a complaint to denounce offenses of which he himself would be a victim”. The letter also points out that Ms Rollin “has always had a complex relationship with Mr. Delon’s children”who have not “never accepted the existence of (their) romantic relationship”.
always according to The Parisianthe lawyer wonders about the motivations of the children of the actor. “It is indeed to be feared that the Delon children want to ensure that their father’s inheritance will return to them in full and that no liberality will intervene for the benefit of the one who shares his daily life, Ms. Rollin”he wrote.
Up to three years in prison
After his forced departure from the Douchy property (Loiret) in early July, Hiromi Rollin claims to have been able to recover only part of his personal effects from the gendarmerie. Valuables, money and correspondence with the actor were missing, according to the complainant.
Last week, justice opened a preliminary investigation against Ms. Rollin, in particular for acts of “moral harassment, misappropriation of correspondence and animal abuse”, after two complaints from the three children of the star. The penalty incurred can be up to 3 years in prison and a fine of 375,000 euros, according to thearticle 223-15-2 of the Penal Code. In response, Ms. Rollin filed a complaint on Friday, contesting all of the facts alleged against her.
