Event | “Quebec” Thursdays in Baie-Saint-Paul

The Les Labors restaurant, located in the Germain Charlevoix hotel, hosts a series of meals prepared by guest chefs from Quebec City. It will happen on Thursday evenings, from May 2 to June 27.

It’s none other than Jean-Luc Boulay, from the institution Le Saint-Amour, also known as a judge with always fair comments on the show The Chiefs !which will get the ball rolling.

Two veterans of Mr. Boulay’s kitchens, Éric Lessard and Charles Gignac, will take over the following week. They own Le 101 neighborhood restaurant, in Saint-Roch.

Followed by Émeline Pero and Laurent Gauthier, from the Botanists, Benoît Poliquin, from Albacore, and Stéphane Modat, from the Clan. There will also be a live painting evening with artists Annabelle Marquis and Céline Brossard. Germain chef Patrick Dubé will be in the kitchen that evening.

Entitled Free Fields, the series also promises bold chords, animation and music.
