Angelina fell in love with pastry quite by chance.
After meeting her husband – whose family ran a renowned pastry shop on Boulevard Gaudin in Bastia for decades – the young woman trained in the trade with the help of her stepfather.
Today, Angelina has created her small business, The Anghjulina, in Angiolasca, in the plain of Monte. It is based on the know-how transmitted by the Leoncini family. She makes cakes, biscuits, nougats and petit fours in her laboratory to the delight of her customers.
While waiting to perhaps one day open a point of sale in the micro-region, Angelina offers her products only on order.
