This 2018 French dessert champion has officiated at the Maison Pic in Valence, at the George V hotel and at the Le Taillevent restaurant in Paris.
He puts down his suitcases in Nîmes and joins the chef Georgiana VIOU in the kitchens of the ROUGE restaurant which opened its doors in June 2021.
