Stages of the Yule log

1. In a bowl, pour two egg yolks and three whole eggs, then add 135 grams of sugar and whisk or food processor.

2. Incorporate 85 grams of flour: the first dough is ready.

3. In another bowl, beat six egg whites, to which you add 85 grams of sugar, in two batches.

4. Add everything to the first bowl.
