The chrononutrition is a diet invented by Doctor Alain Delabos in 1986. It is a way of eating that takes into account our biological clock.
This diet is based on the idea that foods are not assimilated in the same way depending on the time at which they are ingested.
For example, fats and sugarswhen consumed in the morning, are not stored by the body, but will be if ingested in the evening.
Thus, more than a weight loss diet, chrononutrition offers us to completely review our way of eating.
