Two women: one “medium” and an “independent journalist”were one of the main relays of this fake news.
The latter had broadcast on a YouTube channel, last December 10, photos of the First Lady and her family which prove, according to them, that Brigitte Macron, born Trogneux, would in fact be a trans woman whose birth name was Jean -Michael.
Moreover, the First Lady took the decision to summon before the Paris court these two women who spread this crazy rumor.
In this civil procedure, a first hearing was set for June 15 before the 17th chamber of the Paris court. This action is based on the provisions of the Civil Code relating to privacy.
The three children of Brigitte Macron, as well as her brother, all joined this summons, in particular for acts of invasion of privacy, violation of personality rights, violation of image rights.
The president’s companion had seen her family tree modified and had ended up reacting: “Three quarters of the family was good, and we get to my parents, and I’m my brother. There, we touch on the genealogy of my parents. It’s impossible”she explained, hurt, on RTLlast January.
