“Suspicion of the presence of Listeria monocytogenes” in boxes of “serpentini carbonara” pasta from the Lustucru brand, 360g, indicates the government site Rappel conso. A recall has therefore been issued for these products put on sale since June 8 and initially consumable until July 4 (Lot C1560/hh: mm/C14).
These boxes were distributed in “the whole of France”, in the stores of Casino, U, Auchan or by the purchasing group of the E. Leclerc centers (Galec), at Intermarché, Netto or even Provera, the purchasing center of the Cora hypermarkets and Match supermarkets.
If you bought them, don’t eat them.
People who have consumed this product “are at risk of suffering from listeriosis, a disease which can be serious and whose incubation period can be up to eight weeks”insists Reminder conso. “People who would have consumed” these boxes and who “would present fever, isolated or accompanied by headaches, and body aches, are invited to consult their doctor by informing him of this consumption. Serious forms with neurological complications and maternal or fetal damage in pregnant women can also sometimes occur”explains the government website.
